Responsibilities
Manage procurement of non-merchandise items for international partner locations
Supervise the timing of incoming and outgoing orders to ensure on-time delivery and reduce risk to store openings and floorset launches
Collaborate with internal teams and central procurement to align on strategies for new business initiatives
Forecast seasonal demand and maintain optimal inventory levels for core non-merchandise items
Review shipping documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Work closely with central procurement teams, distribution partners, and international stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Project management experience with the ability to manage initiatives from start to finish
Proficiency in Excel and ability to quickly learn e-commerce and procurement platforms (e.g., Shopify, Ariba, Box)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
Preferred
Interest or experience in procurement and logistics
Experience working with franchise partners or third-party vendors (nice to have)
Internship or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience preferred
