Responsibilities
Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate solutions within a 48-hour timeframe
Conducting urgent intervention calls that eliminate obstacles and restore student motivation to continue progressing
Facilitating post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish conceptual gaps from simple mistakes and deliver specific action steps
Reporting roster inconsistencies or data irregularities as soon as they emerge, protecting the accuracy of every measurement
Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to improve tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor advances
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components
Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering…)
High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills and a kid-friendly coaching style
