Akkodis is seeking a QA Lead for a Contract with a client in various locations across the US. The role involves designing and managing secure, scalable ODS solutions for reporting and decision-making, while ensuring quality assurance standards are met through effective leadership of QA teams.

Responsibilities

Lead QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and test strategies
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
Define and implement test plans and automation frameworks, driving continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
Coordinate with offshore QA teams, acting as the primary point of contact, scheduling sync-ups, and ensuring timely communication of priorities
Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, defect reports, and provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 6+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead role

Proven experience in data migration projects (PeopleSoft), including data cleansing and QA leadership for onshore/offshore teams
