Responsibilities
Managing the complete parent relationship—from initial contact through sustained engagement—for a single campus
Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized discussions that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters
Acting as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and ensuring each family receives attentive support following enrollment at Alpha
Establishing credibility and presence through consistent on-site engagement, local collaborations, and targeted outreach initiatives
Mobilizing parent advocates to amplify referrals and strengthen community influence
Qualification
Required
Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or are willing to relocate to: Santa Barbara, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Roswell, GA; Bethesda, MD; Brownsville, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Kirkland, WA
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making
Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model
