1st Source Bank is seeking an Insurance Risk Senior Advisor to enhance client satisfaction and agency growth. The role involves sales and retention of new and existing accounts through relationship building and providing customer service support.

Responsibilities

Coordinates new sales opportunities

Meets with prospective clients to determine insurance needs

Conducts presentations to business owners and c-suite executives, as needed

Coordinates monthly review and planning of upcoming client renewals with Customer Service Agents (CSAs)

Ensures appropriate and timely activity tracking/reporting in the agency management system; as well as communicating with appropriate agency staff

Provides customer service support to CSAs and clients

Develops rapport with relationship managers to foster referrals

Refers business to banking centers

Refers any additional business needs to other departments within insurance agency

Must maintain a license in good standing with the IN State Department of Insurance

Must have valid driver’s license

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position

Completes all compliance training related to the position

Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements

Performs all other duties as assigned
