Responsibilities
Lead compelling family tours that drive enrollment, craft personalized follow-up communications, and oversee the admissions pipeline toward enrollment objectives
Respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families with confidence through the decision process
Implement safety protocols and emergency drills, record incidents thoroughly, and ensure flawless regulatory compliance
Manage day-to-day logistics, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and act as the main point of contact for technology needs
Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that present Montessorium through a refined, inviting lens
Provide temporary supervision for K–6 students (ages 5–13) during brief staffing shortages—examples include playground supervision, transitions between activities, and basic classroom monitoring
Qualification
Required
Enthusiasm for Montessori elementary education
Demonstrated admissions or enrollment experience involving direct interaction with parents and students
Clear ownership mentality and the ability to independently resolve challenges
Outstanding communication abilities and elevated emotional intelligence
Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship
Ability to work on-site in Cedar Park, TX or prepared to relocate
