Responsibilities
Manage survey projects from development of project proposals through completion
Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contact
Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractors
Lead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operations
Develop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management Plan
Communicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Minimum of 7 years of related experience required
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other management software required
Solid understanding of surveying principles, field methods, and industry standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Proven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasks
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Professional representation and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with the public
Valid driver's license required
Preferred
Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
MicroStation and InRoads experience preferred
Knowledge of Deltek Vision preferred
LSIT or PLS certification preferred
Ability to travel short-term preferred
