Handle licensing and commercial contracts, including SaaS, AI, and B2B transactions
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licensing agreements and commercial contracts
Advising on SaaS and AI-related transactions for innovative, venture-backed clients
Providing strategic guidance on IP licensing and technology transactions

Required

4–7+ years of experience in software licensing and commercial contracts
Experience handling licensing and commercial contracts, including SaaS, AI, and B2B transactions
Ability to negotiate complex IP licensing deals
Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating software licensing agreements and commercial contracts
Experience advising on SaaS and AI-related transactions
Ability to provide strategic guidance on IP licensing and technology transactions
Willingness to meet the requirement of 1600 billable hours annually
