Virtual Wellness - School Sales Manager
Careington International Corporation is a solutions-oriented company and an established leader in discount health care. The Virtual Wellness School Sales Manager K12 is responsible for acquiring new school clients for the Dialogue program, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Position requires travel of up to 40%
Bring on new school clients to the Dialogue program
Develop strong business relationships with clients, including client entertaining
Provide initial and ongoing support training to our clients or potential clients in person and/or via virtual presentations
Identify, assist, and resolve client inquiries and issues
Create proposals using a template during the sales process
Identify best practices for program sales
Advise product operations team of areas of needed improvement in order to advise strategic solutions that will help with success of the program
Collaborate with clients to maximize usage and involve internal departments when necessary to accomplish client goals
Travel - domestically to help train, maintain relationships, attend conferences, assist in training and program presentations
Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads and progress
Outbound calling required to generate new leads
Other job responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Competencies including Professionalism, Cultural Awareness, Interpersonal Skills, Business Acumen, Communication, and Relationship Management

Strong phone skills and determination to meet minimum call volumes

Strong attention to detail
Above average skills with MS Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Positive team player with excellent communication skills
Preferred
Previous sales experience working with the K12 market is a plus
Proven client-facing work experience, or a strong desire and drive to work in a client-facing role is a plus
