Responsibilities
Conduct research to support legal proceedings, formulate defenses, or initiate legal action
Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings and ensure legal compliance with daily filings
Train and monitor admins on USCIS filings and document processing
Assist with legal and operational issue resolution and propose process improvements
Respond to inquiries from visa-dependent employees regarding visa and green card eligibility
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a credible university
Admission to the bar
Minimum 1 year of immigration experience, preferably in business immigration
Experience with high-volume immigration operations
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with client tools
