Responsibilities
Prepare and communicate on-order recaps for current styles across Costco and Walmart programs
Manage Costco and Walmart retailer portals, including preparation and upload of corrective action plans (CAPs)
Provide analytical support; generate and communicate AQL charts, weekly QC inspection report recaps, and on-order summaries
Build and manage business-critical reports and dashboards for the Product Integrity Department
Coordinate with warehouse leadership to ensure warehouse inspections are scheduled and completed in a timely manner
Attend product handoff meetings and weekly regional QC calls
Serve as a QC systems super user: manage, train, and support QC software (Quonda)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of apparel product experience within a corporate environment
Knowledge of garment manufacturing and quality assurance processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, with experience analyzing statistics and reporting
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and follow up
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team-focused, with the ability to achieve or exceed objectives while working collaboratively with other team members
Preferred
Proficiency in BlueCherry ERP preferred
Experience with Quonda QC software strongly preferred
