The Recruiting Coordinator will focus on interview logistics, optimizing candidate experiences, and supporting recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Candidate Experience: Own all interview scheduling (onsite/virtual), manage travel arrangements and expenses, and provide professional communication
Process Improvement: Identify and streamline recruiting workflows, optimize the ATS, and maintain data accuracy
Operational Support: Manage requisitions, support compliance, organize hiring events, and assist with creating recruiting materials
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a partner to recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals
Systems & Tools: Utilize and manage our ATS (Ashby preferred, but previous experience with Greenhouse & Lever is okay) and Rippling
Qualification
