They are seeking a talented YouTube Thumbnail Editor to create high-impact, click-driven thumbnails that enhance YouTube performance and brand identity across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Produce 20–30 branded thumbnails and visual assets per week across CBR, ScreenRant, Collider, and MovieWeb

Design bold, engaging, click-optimized thumbnails tailored to each brand’s tone, audience, and editorial focus

Ensure all visuals follow brand and editorial style guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms and publications

Manage and maintain a well-organized asset library for efficient production and reuse

Meet deadlines while balancing speed, quality, and accuracy

Stay current on entertainment trends, pop culture moments, and digital design best practices to keep visuals fresh and competitive

Collaborate with producers and editors to align thumbnails with video strategy and performance goals

Required

2+ years of professional experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator in a digital media, entertainment, or YouTube-focused environment

Strong image sourcing, compositing, and retouching skills

Experience blending fan art, promotional stills, and photography into clean, on-brand visuals

Solid understanding of YouTube thumbnail strategy, including contrast, composition, and audience psychology

Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and visual consistency across multiple brands

Passion for movies, TV, and pop culture
