Responsibilities

Own oversight of monthly rent payments across the domestic real estate portfolio, ensuring precision, compliance, and seamless execution
Serve as a key reviewer and approver of annual operating expense (OPEX) reconciliations, partnering with our lease administration vendor to safeguard financial accuracy and contractual integrity
Play a central role in maintaining compliance with lease accounting standards by supporting internal control testing and process owner certifications
Lead annual EY audit walkthroughs, acting as a primary point of contact for audit coordination, walkthrough facilitation, and timely resolution of PBC requests
Enhance and refresh process documentation to strengthen controls and drive consistency
Provide reporting and process support to meet lease compliance and audit requirements
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles for CREWS $50M+ administrative budget, shaping templates and processes that drive clarity, accountability, and alignment with business priorities
Support long‑range planning (LRP), translating strategic objectives into forward‑looking financial forecasts
Research and analyze budget vs. actual variances to ensure accuracy and alignment
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Perform ad hoc projects as requested

Required

3- 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in accounting, finance or commercial real estate
Working knowledge of accounting principles; proficient in SAP and intermediate‑to‑advanced Excel
Strong analytical, variance analysis, and problem‑solving skills
Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Clear communicator with a collaborative, proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset
BS / BA or equivalent experience
