Responsibilities

Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and trial materials
Assist with legal research, redlining, and e-filing for State and Federal courts (including ECMF in CA)
Format documents accurately, including generating Table of Contents and Table of Authorities
Ensure compliance with court rules, filing procedures, and calendar deadlines
Manage attorney calendars and coordinate hearings, depositions, and court requirements
Provide executive assistance to attorneys, including time and billing support
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Required

Strong litigation support skills
Experience in preparing, formatting, and finalizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and trial materials

Knowledge of compliance with court rules, filing procedures, and calendar deadlines

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
