Responsibilities

Lead and maintain Mechanical Integrity programs for the Emery site

Drive continuous improvement in plant reliability

Implement preventive maintenance strategies within the SAP system and ensure completion

Establish and reinforce accountability in the execution of site and departmental policies and procedures

Develop and implement a formal program for root cause identification, failure analysis, and corrective actions related to maintenance failures

Provide leadership to ensure work is performed in an orderly, proactive manner based on principles of reliable design and preventive/predictive maintenance practices

Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance management systems, including mechanical integrity programs, work order systems, maintenance standards, and procedures

Develop, report, monitor, and take responsibility—alongside the Maintenance Manager—for improving key maintenance performance indicators, including: Maintenance expenses, Availability component of OEE, Number of call-ins, Effective planning rate, Work ratios compared to total work
