Responsibilities
Activities include Production support and non-production environment support
Production Support - dedicated operations team L1 support is onboarded 3 months ago - DevOps to support is expected till L1 team matures
Support non-production environments - On-prem and cloud platforms
Develop Automations for efficiency improvements
Work in a Startup culture and be ready to perform lights on, building automations
Must be ready to work in On-call support (rotations happen every 6 or 7 weeks, primary & Secondary responsibilities will be assigned on a rotation basis)
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience
Skilled in creating and maintaining reusable and scalable infrastructure code
Comprehensive knowledge of monitoring tool Splunk for tracking system performance, identifying issues, and ensuring system reliability
Proficient in configuring logging tools to capture and analyze log data for troubleshooting and performance optimization
Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Harness, GitLab CI, Jenkins
Skilled in automating build, test, and deployment processes to ensure fast and reliable software delivery
Expertise in automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Preferred
Experience with Databricks is highly preferred
