Responsibilities
Facilitating dynamic virtual workshops that develop life competencies including teamwork, communication, entrepreneurship, and creative thinking
Guiding students through immersion programs using project-driven, experiential learning methods
Building a supportive, vibrant virtual environment where students are encouraged to take risks and develop
Leveraging learning analytics and feedback to customize guidance and motivation for each individual student
Working alongside educators from diverse time zones and cultures to create a compelling, adaptable learning journey
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Experience teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
Strong virtual presence; comfortable leading via video
Available to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Ready to begin within 2-3 weeks
Excited to work in a tech-forward, student-centered school
Preferred
Spanish fluency (highly valued for our immersion track)
Experience leading bilingual workshops, clubs, or enrichment programs
Background in project-based learning, creative education, or alternative schools
