Responsibilities
Rack and stack devices in the lab
Configure devices and platforms as per lab and customer requirements
Recreate customer scenarios for testing and validation
Order and manage lab equipment and inventory
Maintain lab topology and platforms
Troubleshoot network and device issues independently
Respond to urgent requests and resolve issues efficiently
Keep internal teams and customers updated on task progress
Qualification
Required
Basic networking knowledge, including cabling and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience managing devices, switches, and lab environments
Ability to handle tasks independently and proactively
Strong communication skills for coordinating with customers and internal teams
Preferred
Familiarity with Aruba products is a plus (but not mandatory)
