Responsibilities
Managing the complete relationship lifecycle with NYC families from initial contact through enrollment, retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-impact information sessions and individualized consultations that shepherd families through sophisticated, multi-stage decision processes
Acting as the principal contact for parent questions, feedback, and sensitive matters—addressing them with decisiveness and professionalism
Generating enrollment growth through consistent on-site engagement, strategic outreach, and comprehensive integration into the local parent ecosystem
Transforming satisfied families into active advocates and referral generators within NYC's interconnected communities
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (>$1M household income), with accountability for securing or enrolling $5K+ or multi-year commitments
Proven experience leading families through multi-meeting decision journeys that culminated in signed agreements or documented commitments
Specific, quantifiable results from previous roles, including conversion rates and retention, satisfaction, or referral metrics
Experience autonomously managing a personal prospect pipeline or community network from first inquiry through final decision
Verified ability to orchestrate events or services for 25+ high-profile individuals concurrently
Documented track record resolving sensitive matters, complaints, or confidential situations with successful outcomes
Current New York City residence or within a 1.5-hour commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Professional background in independent education, philanthropy, luxury services, hospitality, wealth management, or concierge-level client relations
Current knowledge of NYC private school landscapes and family social networks
Experience serving as an organizational representative to demanding, high-visibility stakeholders
