Responsibilities
Auditing business workflows to identify time drains and leverage opportunities
Designing and implementing AI-supported systems for:
Content creation
Operations
Strategic planning
Decision-making
Customizing AI workflows to fit different business models
Creating repeatable processes and documentation
Supporting entrepreneurs through AI implementation calls
Translating business needs into simple AI solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of how small businesses and entrepreneurs operate
Hands-on experience using AI tools (especially ChatGPT) in real business scenarios
Ability to design workflows, not just write prompts
Systems thinking and process orientation
Clear communication skills (non-technical audiences)
Preferred
Experience in operations, consulting, coaching, or strategy
Familiarity with tools like Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace
Background in entrepreneurship or startups
