ION Solar is a rapidly expanding, full-service residential solar company with a strong nationwide presence. They are currently seeking an Inventory Crew Member to support their warehouse operations, playing a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the quality and quantity of orders.

Responsibilities

Conducts and participates in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses

Evaluates warehouse materials (e.g. qualified product list, warehouse supplies, office supplies, etc.) to maintain quality

Loads and unloads delivery trucks to receive stock and/or fill orders for transport

Maintains physical and electronic documents, and files records (e.g. receipts, delivery logs, inventory, warehouse reports, material evaluation, etc.)

Operates warehouse equipment (e.g. company vehicles, pallet jacks, trailers, etc.)

Prepares reports to maintain accurate records for business service

Provides quality customer service to maintain an effective and efficient work environment

Receives stock and non-stock items to ensure specifications, quantity, and quality of orders are correct

Analyze discrepancies on orders and/or invoices (e.g. overages, shortages, duplicate deliveries, etc.) to correct errors and/or return damaged/incorrect items to vendors

Responds to inquiries of staff and vendors to provide information and/or direction regarding the invoices, billing, status of deliveries, etc
