Responsibilities
Identify recruitment markets and strategies
Perform candidate sourcing
Recommend appropriate advertising
Facilitate the hiring process
Provide support to the Talent Acquisition management team
Mentoring and training of new recruiters
Teaching talent acquisition classes for staff and manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum of five years of work experience in human resources & recruitment required
Experience with application tracking systems (ATS), resume mining, and behavioral interviewing
Preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), a plus
