Installation Projects Manager
Planes Companies is looking for an experienced Installation Projects Manager to lead and oversee ongoing installation projects for commercial furniture systems. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage a team, ensure quality installations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage installation teams on commercial furniture projects
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects from start to finish
Plan, coordinate, and execute installations and reconfigurations to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive experience throughout the project
Develop scopes of work, operational plans, and implementation strategies
Oversee field services quality control and apprentice training
Manage project meetings, schedules, and communication with all stakeholders
Maintain expertise in systems furniture installation and related trades (electrical, data/communication)
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in the installation industry
3+ years supervisory or leadership experience
High school diploma or GED required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted
Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Exposure to varying weather conditions and occasional nights/weekends based on project needs
Preferred
Experience with Steelcase furniture
