Cynet Systems is seeking a Senior System Analyst to support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS). The role requires deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS, working closely with various teams to determine system enhancement requirements and providing technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Support enhancements and fixes for the MES Care Management Solution (CRMS)

Provides deep business and technical knowledge of CRMS and its data

Works closely with the business teams, MES Technical teams and managed care plans to determine requirements for CRMS system enhancements

Have strong business knowledge of Medicaid system components and related business rules and processes

Providing technical solutions, ETL development, solution design, creating logical and physical data models

Involved in Data interfaces between different MES modules and external trading partners such as Managed Care Plans

Prior technical experience as a developer

Prior experience working with an Agile board to assign and track team assignments

Prior experience with Azure DevOps and working with CICD Pipelines
