Responsibilities

Execute design assets for campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms

Support senior creatives on brand, product, or content design deliverables

Participate in internal reviews and actively seek feedback to hone craft

Stay attuned to visual trends and design standards, applying them thoughtfully

Required

Strong in design fundamentals. You have a solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity design across digital and print media

Technically skilled. You're proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with Figma or related prototyping software is beneficial

Collaborative by nature. You're comfortable partnering closely with senior creatives, copywriters, and production teams to produce cohesive design solutions

Organized. You bring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Willing to learn. You have a proactive attitude toward receiving feedback, refining your skills, and learning new design methods or tools

Detail-oriented. You are committed to quality and detail, ensuring all work meets high standards and aligns with brand guidelines

1–3 years of experience in a design role, agency, or in-house

Portfolio that shows potential and precision in layout, typography, and branding

Growth-oriented, detail-focused, and open to creative direction
