Responsibilities

Developing and coaching Guides to deliver Alpha's workshops at world-class standards

Building comprehensive Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles

Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to elevate student engagement and academic success

Directly coaching a limited cohort of students, demonstrating advanced motivation and instructional techniques

Required

Currently located in or willing to relocate to work on-site at one of the Alpha Campuses (Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Seattle, WA; or CA: East Bay (San Francisco), Palo Alto, Santa Monica, or Los Angeles)

Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field

Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions

Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with proven ability to develop, manage, and inspire high-performing teams

Background working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental setting

Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Legal authorization to work in the United States
