Responsibilities
Prepare and record journal entries for daily, weekly, and monthly transactions
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet and income statement analysis. Ensure intercompany accounts are reconciled and in balance
Prepare and analyze financial statements and internal management reports
Support annual audits by providing schedules, documentation, and variance explanations
Assist with preparation of periodic bank reporting and covenant calculations
Assist with other analytical and forecasting work
Qualification
Required
