Responsibilities

Creating precise Academic Data Reports that identify challenges and initiate corrective action within 48 hours

Conducting fast-turnaround intervention calls that remove obstacles and reignite student motivation for the next task

Leading post-assessment coaching conversations to distinguish true knowledge gaps from simple mistakes and define unambiguous action items

Reporting roster irregularities or metric discrepancies the instant they surface, protecting data reliability at every level

Collaborating with Parent Support and Academics leadership to iterate on dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor matures

Required

Demonstrated ability working in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support role with both analytical and interpersonal components
