Start in 2026 SummerTikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, and they are seeking interns for their Creator Partnership team. The internship will provide hands-on experience in supporting creator merchandising, conducting business analysis, and sharing insights.

Responsibilities
Assist in providing end-to-end support for creator merchandizing in terms of data analysis, business strategy and internal communications
Assist in conducting business analysis for overall team performances, covering from resource management to strategy formation
Generate live best practices, learnings and insights for sharing
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree
Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026
Better understanding of live-streaming platforms, technologies, and industry trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to the degree program after the completion of the internship
Majors of economics, management and communication
Experience with TikTok or other content-driven platforms or content-based commerce on either brand or platform side
Global project experience
