Responsibilities

Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Monitor project constraints including scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and communicate status
Coordinate change management activities for successful implementation and operationalization
Maintain documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues

Qualification

Required

1–3 years of experience with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Knowledge of IT solution tools and agile software development processes
Experience with project management software (Asana, MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently lead technical projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with Scrum
Experience managing project budgets aligned with grant funding requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
