Data & Analytics Product Associate - Payments - Associate

Responsibilities
Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
Drive and own end-to-end process, understanding the data requirements and leveraging analytical tools to deliver solutions
Develop strategy to integrate complementary data products
Collaborate across many cross-functional groups (e.g., analytics, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal) to define business needs and identify effective solutions
Develop innovative solutions and review output to measure KPIs
Develop ways to leverage data assets to improve overall client experience and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
Expertise in data mining (SQL, Snowflake) – candidate needs to have the ability to analyze data
Data Visualization (Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, ThoughtSpot)
Expertise in leading end to end product development
Understanding of application development process; prior programming experience
Experience in the payments industry and/or technology-enabled industries
Experience in agile methodologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work across functions as well as with outside parties to ensure alignment and timely implementation of initiatives
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field of study; Advance Degree preferred
Ability to build trust-based relationships
Ability to work well within deadlines
Executive presence and presentation skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Understanding “deep data” environments, ideally with a Merchant mindset
High achievement orientation with ability to lead and motivate others around results
