Managing the scheduling of patient appointments
Verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefit coverage
Providing excellent customer service and administrative support
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Verification of insurance eligibility experience is required
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) in a healthcare environment
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Knowledge of electronic health records
Have customer service and sales experience
2 years of experience
