Responsibilities
Leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings and recapitalizations
Fund finance, with an emphasis on subscription credit facilities and related products
Representing lenders, private credit funds, sponsors, and borrowers in complex domestic and cross-border transactions
Working closely with partners on deal structuring, drafting, and negotiations
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in leveraged finance and/or fund finance at a leading law firm
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible for admission)
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
