They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern for the Buildings Engineering Group, where the selected candidate will gain hands-on experience and collaborate with top Engineering associates on various mechanical and plumbing projects.

Responsibilities

Perform routine calculations requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles

Prepare and revise plan documents details utilizing CAD or BIM software

Collect and prepare data for evaluation

Perform engineering with the use of computer-assisted engineering software and equipment

Provide support to engineering and project management associates

Qualification

Required

Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at an ABET accredited university

3.0 GPA or above

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously

Preferred

Prior internship or related experience

BIM and / or REVIT experience

HVAC and /or plumbing engineering specific coursework or experience

Specific interest in Mechanical & Plumbing Engineering and Building Design
