SuppliFlex is an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building an operations & supply-chain platform for SMBs in the US. They are seeking a Customer Discovery Intern to assist in analyzing customer conversations and extracting insights that will inform their product roadmap.

Transportation/Trucking/Railroad

Responsibilities

Analyze real conversations on Reddit, Discord, forums, WhatsApp groups
Extract customer pain points, workflows, and language
Post and engage in communities to run indirect customer discovery (no surveys, no sales)
Research and support outreach to consultants, integrators, and industry associations
Structure findings into ICP segments, insights, and product inputs
