HR Coordinator
Noble House Hotels & Resorts is a luxury resort that offers a unique experience in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. The HR Coordinator will support HR functions and processes to create a positive work environment for associates, including managing housing and assisting in various HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Access all functions of computer system
Assist in planning/coordinating associate events/activities
Conduct monthly safety meetings
Maintain confidentiality and security of associate and Resort records
Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and associate morale
Accurate and timely completion of paperwork
Understand and enforcement of company policies
Assist in general HR functions and responsibilities
Assist in Resort housing, coordinating repairs, assist in resolving issues; routine inspections and documentation of housing/furnishings
Other duties as reasonably requested
Qualification
Required
Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position
Strong and effective communicator
Professional presentation
Previous guest relations training
Ability to input and access information in the property management system/computers/point of sales systems
