Responsibilities
Work closely with the Product team to gather and understand requirements
Design wireframes and create interactive prototypes
Execute usability tests, analyze the results, and provide actionable insights
Develop user personas based on research data to guide design decisions
Map user journeys and identify pain points or opportunities for improvement
Communicate research findings and design solutions to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design vision is implemented
Qualification
Required
BS or BA in human-computer interaction/user experience
3+ years of UX design experience
Ability to navigate between multiple products and stakeholders
Ability to find a balance between creativity and upholding UX standards
Strong UX research skills
Knowledge of WCAG guidelines
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to partner with various internal teams
Preferred
Design, build and maintain reusable and consistent components in Figma
Light front-end skills
