Responsibilities

Managing the complete lifecycle of relationships with NYC families, from initial inquiry through enrollment, ongoing retention, and sustained advocacy
Conducting high-impact information sessions and personalized consultations that shepherd families through intricate, multi-stage decision processes
Acting as the central liaison for parent questions, feedback, and confidential matters—addressing them with decisiveness and professionalism
Generating enrollment growth through consistent on-site engagement, strategic outreach, and thorough integration into the local parent community
Mobilizing satisfied families to serve as advocates and referral channels within New York City's interconnected networks

Required

At least 5 years in client-facing positions serving high-net-worth families (household income exceeding $1M), with accountability for securing commitments valued at $5K+ or multi-year engagements
Documented experience shepherding families through multi-meeting decision journeys that culminated in executed agreements or verified commitments
Quantifiable results from previous roles, including conversion performance and metrics related to retention, client satisfaction, or referrals
Track record of independently stewarding a personal lead pipeline or community network from first inquiry to final decision
Confirmed ability to orchestrate events or services for 25+ high-profile clients concurrently
Verified experience managing sensitive concerns, complaints, or confidential matters with documented successful outcomes
Current residence in NYC or within 1.5 hours' commute; prepared to work on-site full-time and participate in local events
Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Preferred

Professional history in private education, philanthropic advising, luxury client services, premium hospitality, wealth advisory, or concierge-level relationship management
Pre-existing knowledge of NYC private school systems and parent community networks
Prior experience representing mission-oriented organizations to sophisticated, high-visibility audiences
