Responsibilities
Lead commercial and residential plumbing projects from start to finish
Plan manpower, material flow, and job schedules
Track budgets, forecasts, and job profitability
Coordinate with general contractors, homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and suppliers
Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Support and guide superintendents and foremen
Maintain safety, quality, and schedule accountability
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of plumbing project management experience in commercial and residential construction
Strong knowledge of Florida plumbing code and construction workflow
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Strong communication and leadership habits
Proven ability to manage multiple active projects
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Has managed large scale commercial and residential plumbing projects
Plans proactively and drives timelines
Brings solutions instead of problems
Demonstrates urgency and consistent follow up
Enjoys leading teams and delivering strong client experiences
