This role will join a high performing accounting team and play a key role in consolidated financial reporting, intercompany activity, and technical accounting support across a complex, multi entity structure.

Responsibilities
Manage the monthly and quarterly consolidation process, including review of intercompany eliminations and reconciliations
Prepare consolidated quarterly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, equity roll forward, and cash flow
Prepare and reconcile intercompany, investment, and equity elimination entries
Lead account roll forwards and internal management reporting packages
Support cash flow automation initiatives and reporting improvements
Draft technical accounting memos and support the development and maintenance of accounting policies
Partner with business unit controllers and cross functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
Support management reporting and variance analysis
Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and documentation efforts
Provide audit support, including preparation of schedules and responses to external auditor requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards
Detail oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Demonstrated experience with complex consolidations and intercompany transactions
Experience working in multi entity environments with a collaborative, hands on approach
Preferred
CPA license preferred
Experience in public accounting, Big 4 strongly preferred
