Responsibilities

Leads solution development and analyses for key strategy engagements as a divisional lead for a business segment

Prepares complex ad hoc analysis to understand monitor strategy execution and delivery of expected business results

Works closely with Rental and Used team leadership to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more strategy engagement components as a divisional lead for the business segment

Oversees performance of strategy engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff as a divisional lead or for a business segment

Coaches junior team members and clients

Provides recommended strategy solutions and meaningful insights

Works with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver R&U presentations as a divisional lead or for a business segment

Serves as a trusted strategic perspective to senior leadership team

Required

Bachelor's degree

Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of 'big picture' thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization

Stakeholder Management: Knowledge of stakeholder management techniques; ability to systematically identify stakeholders, analyze their needs and expectations, and implement various tasks to engage with them
