Marketing Senior Product Manager, Wound Care Dermatology

Responsibilities

Build strategy for company product families, and individual products
Gain approval of these plans and communicate and enforce them with the associated team members
Assist with social media strategy, public events, and meetings and manage communication surrounding these items
Coordinate meetings and develop relationships with valuable partners in line with strategy
Gain Market engagement and drive product demand for product families, and individual products
Execute strategies to build product demand and drive sales of products
Lead project management activities on assigned projects including schedule, budget, work products and deliverables
Follow projects from initiation to completion working with multidepartment teams
Execute, and assist planning of new company initiatives including equipment onboarding, supply chain management, distribution capability, and product support
Collaborate with department teams to establish and support project timelines
Organize appropriate methods of communication between project stakeholders
Facilitate communication between customers and product development team
Inform Product Management and Research teams to improve project results
Carry products from completion of research and design verification to market engagement and continued support Inform research team to improve design targets, research support, and targets for product characterization
Assist in the development of product charters and assist in building critical product characteristics
Create description of and assist in validating document lists, and documents
Document and communicate market feedback related to products and product use
Manage and own the product Launch and continued support phases of product development
Develop and track product launch plans in coordination with all involved departments
Lead the development of product related copy materials, distribution materials, regulatory and liability compliance materials and product related art and logos
Develop cohesive product style guidelines, themes, and strategies in line with product strategies
Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
Travel domestically up to 25% to attend offsite meetings, conferences, and support business initiatives
Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings. Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product Development or related field, from an accredited college or university required
At least 5-7 year(s) of experience in Marketing, Product Development or related field required
Associate's degree (or 60 credit hours) may be substituted to meet up to 2 years of experience requirements
Bachelor's degree may be substituted to meet up to 4 years of experience requirements
Master's degree may be substituted to meet up to 6 years of experience requirements
Clearance of favorable background investigation required
