Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in agency or professional services recruiting
Full cycle recruiting experience from intake through placement
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast paced environment
Self motivated, results driven, and comfortable working autonomously
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
