Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from business development and client intake through candidate placement and account growth
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in agency or professional services recruiting
Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through placement
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools
