Responsibilities

Lead the daily direction of Trainers along with coordinating the activities of manufacturing line level Training Specialists. Lead the plant level Learning and Development Pillar. Actively participate in the corporate Learning and Development Pillar

Utilize data to make informed decisions. Work cross functionally to identify labor needs, create data dashboards to visualize short-term opportunities, and long-term trends and forecasts. Leverage data and trends to create budget to include number of new employees required each year. Organize and simplify skills matrices. Partner with Team Leaders and other departments to develop line and employee specific training plans. Develop metrics to track training progress, identify gaps and create plans to close those gaps

Present material to various groups including new employees, incumbents, plant leadership, and corporate partners

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite of products with the capability to learn digital platforms as required

4-year degree in a technical or business-related field

1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
