Business Development: Prospect and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities within the Cisco partner ecosystem
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners understand how data-driven insights can solve their specific churn and growth challenges
Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the full sales cycle—from initial lead conversion to final contract execution
Strategy Execution: Develop and implement account strategies that align with the evolving landscape of Cisco’s incentive and performance programs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of success in Channel Partner Sales
A proven history of meeting or exceeding high-volume sales quotas
Mastery of contract negotiations and navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making processes
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred
A deep understanding of the Cisco ecosystem, including familiarity with their hardware/software lifecycle and partner incentives
