Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to small and medium-sized businesses that could benefit from marketing support
Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations around business growth and marketing needs
Educate prospects on A1A Marketing & Consulting Co.’s services, including social media, websites, paid ads, SEO, and branding
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for strategy calls with our internal team
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and appointments using CRM tools
Follow provided scripts and frameworks while developing your own authentic sales style
Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and friendly sales competitions
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations moving forward
Competitive mindset with a desire to exceed goals
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred
Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or business development is a plus, but not required
