Responsibilities

Manage and own the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional correspondence with prospective families (both virtually and face-to-face)
Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with meticulous attention to accuracy
Attend all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, on campus and online
Collaborate directly with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day scheduling
Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow-up activities with current and accurate information

Required

Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a related discipline
2+ years of client-facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or comparable roles
Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; you are exceptionally dependable and detail-focused
Strong attention to detail and proven experience managing accurate applicant records or CRM systems
Comfortable managing the balance between remote work and in-person campus duties
Capable of adapting swiftly and thriving in a fast-moving, mission-oriented environment
Authorized to work in the US and available to work on-site in either Austin; TX, San Francisco; CA, Santa Barbara; CA or NYC; NY
