Responsibilities
Deliver first line IT support via phone, email and ticketing system
Manage timely resolution of tickets and escalate complex issues when required
Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accounts and equipment are set up or closed correctly
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes and troubleshooting steps
Provide friendly, clear and professional communication to all users
Qualification
Required
Qualification in IT, Computer Science or similar (CompTIA A+ or ITIL an advantage)
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive, patient and customer centred approach
Preferred
Not essential but preferred experience providing first line technical support in a service desk or similar environment
